What is pre-cleaning cooperation?
You want to receive the best cleaning possible and get the most value from our service. Your cooperation is essential. Before your cleaning, please take a few moments to clear off as many flat surfaces as possible and gather any loose items from the floors such as shoes and clothing. Put away toiletries, jewelry, toys, paperwork, and place any dirty dishes in the dishwashers. This will ensure that your cleaning team is spending every moment concentrating on delivering the best cleaning possible.
Do I need to be home on cleaning day?

That is entirely up to you.

We offer 3 entry options to choose from:

  1. The client may opt to be home to allow access to their home the day of the service.
  2. The client provides a key, garage door opener or code to gain access to the home.
  3. The client can purchase a lock box to place a key inside and provide La Belle’s Cleaning Service, LLC with the passcode

Safety is one of our primary concerns, so La Belle’s Cleaning Service, LLC does not:

  1. Use ladders more than 2 steps high or move anything heavier than 35 lbs. These types of activities can put our cleaning technicians in danger of back injury or damage to property.
  2. We will not handle ceiling fans that cannot be reached with a standard extending rod or chandeliers/lighting fixtures that are out of arms reach.
What forms of payment to do you accept?

La Belle’s Cleaning Service accepts personal checks or you can use our convenient online payment option. Clients will be expected to pay for their cleaning at the time of service. A $10.00 non-payment fee will be incurred if payment is not made on the scheduled service day, and a $25.00 fee is applied to all returned checks. You are emailed an invoice the day before your service

Do you issue refunds?

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we do not offer refunds to clients. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with La Belle’s Cleaning Service, LLC. Please see our 24-hour guarantee if you are dissatisfied with your cleaning. There are no refunds for gift certificate purchases.

Am I expected to tip my cleaning technicans?

La Belle’s Cleaning Service does not require tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your cleaning technicians. Remember your appreciation need not be monetary. A personal note from you expressing your appreciation for service can mean a great deal.

24- Hour Guarantee

We want you to be absolutely delighted with the cleaning service!  Report any concerns to our office at 321-544-3431 within 24 hours after the service. We will return and re-clean the area(s) of concern at no cost to you.
